Now hiring for a HVAC Field Supervisor for our Service Department
Compensation: $DOE
Employment type: Full Time
Work with Technicians on certain jobs that require additional management assistance
- Be available for technician calls
- Low line coaching (verbal) warnings and plans for employee improvement
- Coordinate with Dispatchers regarding scheduling and technician assignments
- Monthly vehicle inspections for inventory, repairs and cleanliness
- Attend interviews with Service Manager for potential new hire technicians
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Aid with service calls necessary. Performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC equipment
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Ability to Problem-Solve and apply good judgement
- EPA certified
- NATE certified (preferred)
- Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
